Head of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) parliamentary group, Avdullah Hoti, said that Kosovo leaders are about to travel to Berlin for the summit of the Western Balkans without unified positions and without legitimacy. “Disagreements over the lifting of the tax make this issue even more complicated,” Hoti wrote on Facebook.
“Berlin summit could be a new opportunity for peace, agreement and new processes in the region. This progressive will is now expressed by Germany and France. However, without strategy and divided, our institutions risk returning empty-handed from Berlin,” Hoti said.
