The Prime Minister of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj guaranteed on the World Press Freedom Day that the government of Kosovo is ready to speak to the journalists in general.
“On the World Press Freedom Day, Kosovo has marked advance being ranked four places higher on defense of journalists, according to the report of the Reporters without Borders and this improvement gains in weight as this year marks a general fall of the freedom of press in Europe in 2018.
The report of the Reporters without Borders mentioned improvements in the relations between media and the government, stressing that the current government appears to be ready to talk with journalists and media in general.
The government will continue with this dialogue with journalists for always advanced transparency and accountability, aware of the challenges ahead to create a completely positive reflection in progress of the freedom of speech,” Haradinaj wrote.
