Russia’s Ambassador in Serbia, Aleksandar Chepurin, said Russia strongly condemns the operation by Kosovo Police special units in the north today. “We strongly condemn the action of Kosovo Special Forces in the Serb-inhabited north. This is extremely dangerous and in opposition to all existing agreements. We are outraged by the provocation of Pristina authorities in relation with the Russian national, an UNMIK associate, Mikhail Krasnoshchekov. We call for the immediate release of Russians and we call for all those who are guilty for this incident to be held responsible,” Chepurin said.
