Mitrovica Chief Prosecutor, Shyqyri Syla, told Insajderi that the Russian citizen, UNMIK employee Mikhail Krasnoschenkov, has been released some moments ago, due to his immunity.

Meanwhile, the Kosovar of Serb nationality Dejan Dimic is still under arrest.

Syla told Insajderi that there was pressure from UNMIK for their release, however the Serbian staff member has not been released.

“I just released the Russian citizen. Tomorrow I will officially ask the Special Representative in Kosovo, Zahir Tanin, to lift his immunity to conduct criminal proceedings against him, “Syla told Insajderi.
