Prime Minister of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj met today KFOR Commander, Major General Lorenzo D’Addario and they concluded that the security situation in Kosovo is calm and stable.
“Prime Minister Haradinaj expressed appreciation for KFOR’s role and contribution in maintaining a sustainable stability in Kosovo. The interlocutors agreed that the security situation in Kosovo is calm and stable and that cooperation between KFOR and local security institutions is excellent,” a statement issued by the government of Kosovo reads.
“Kosovo institutions and all its security mechanisms are permanent and reliable partners of NATO’s mission for peace and stability,” the statement concludes.
