Kosovo’s Minister for European Integration Dhurata Hoxha met today with head of the EU Office to Kosovo Natliya Apostolova, Ambassadors of the EU countries, ministers of Kosovo government and other representatives, to discuss the 2019 Report on Kosovo.
She assessed the Report as a progress of the integration process and added that its dynamics should accelerate.
She informed the present that the Ministry she leads has undertaken the required steps to identify all the shortcomings, gaps and recommendations stressed in the Report, and conveyed them to the respective institutions for further actions. She also informed about her meeting with the Prime Minister of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj to discuss the report.
“We plan to hold monthly meetings of the Ministerial Council for European Integration in order to monitor implementation of findings and recommendations deriving from the Report for the country,” Hoxha said stressing the commitment to overcome challenges and difficulties.
She finally expressed her own commitment to dynamise further the process of the European integration in all possible ways, in order to advance further ‘in this process without an alternative for Kosovo.”
