Jetlir Zyberaj, advisor to Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli, denied today claims about a humanitarian crisis in the mainly Serb-inhabited northern part of Kosovo. “There has been no humanitarian crisis since 1999 when Serbian troops fled Kosovo and there will never be a humanitarian crisis. Kosovo will look after all its citizens. Kosovo Serbs are concerned by the psychological violence of political leaders in Belgrade. We are closely following these concerns,” Zyberaj told the news website today.
