Sava Janjic, the Abbot of Decani Monastery, said in an interview to Voice of America on Wednesday that Kosovo and Serbia must resume talks and focus on the resolution of problems and not on partition or the exchange of territories. Janjic argued that a formula for the future cannot be found by dividing people and territories but rather through a process of understanding and reconciliation. Janjic also said that deteriorating interethnic relations are a result of actions by political structures both in Kosovo and Serbia.
