Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) parliamentary group chief, Avdullah Hoti, said in an interview to RTV Dukagjini on Thursday, that the process of dialogue with Serbia will take on another direction after the ruling of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo. Hoti said “those that have violated the Constitution must resign and make way to early parliamentary elections”. Hoti said the “Court today has confirmed that the Law on dialogue is unconstitutional and has also explained who has the right to lead dialogue and this is in line with our position since day one. The process of dialogue can be led only by a legitimate government”. He also said that the opposition will now look into all constitutional possibilities “to prevent a government that has violated the Constitution from governing Kosovo”.
