The President of Kosovo Hashim Thaci has made public the draft-resolution on Presevo Valley submitted to be considered by the Assembly of Kosovo.
Thaci called on MPs not to ignore requests of the Presevo Valley Albanians. According to him, it is an obligation to support and fulfill their requests.
The draft resolution notes that requests of the Albanians for unification and their suffering from Serbian government are taken into consideration.
The resolution also stresses that implementation of the requests of the Presevo Valley Albanians helps create long-term stability between Kosovo and Serbia.
Kosovo Assembly MPs held on Monday an extraordinary session where they discussed the situation of Albanians in Presevo Valley as well as their requests addressed to the institutions of Kosovo.
