North Macedonia President Stevo Pendarovski said on Monday that he is against eventual border changes in the region, the news website reports. Pendarovski told reporters in Ljubljana, Slovenia, that border changes could lead to armed conflicts. “The borders have to stay where they are. Any other option could create a domino effect … which could hurt several countries in the region including North Macedonia,” he said when asked to comment on a potential land swap between Serbia and Kosovo.
