Besnik Tahiri, general secretary of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), said that the recent polls have put the party at a 22 percent support rating while its leader Ramush Haradinaj enjoys 55 percent of support from the Kosovo electorate.
“This would put AAK as the first party in the country, i.e. election winner. According to the polls, this is closely linked to the support of the citizens for the work and the policies of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who enjoys 55 percent of support, visibly ahead of other parties’ leaders,” Tahiri said. He did not however elaborate as to what polls he was referring to or who conducted them.
