Kosovo Assembly President and Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) leader, Kadri Veseli, said today on the 18th anniversary of the Ohrid Agreement that this marks the biggest achievements in the efforts of Albanians to live as an equal community in their lands in North Macedonia. “This agreement proves that the Albanian nation is peace-loving and that it prefers to resolve problems through dialogue and understanding. Together with the agreement on the name, it has democratised North Macedonia and stabilised the Balkans. Peace in North Macedonia is very important for Kosovo too therefore we are very proud that are fellow Albanians were constructive and played a crucial role in the Euro-Atlantic path of this country,” Veseli wrote in a Facebook post.
