Jahja Lluka from the Kosovo Government’s Committee for Missing Persons said today that the government has approved the new law on missing persons and that it is now up to the Assembly to adopt it. “The concept document has been finalised and adopted by the government. We are now waiting for the decision of the Constitutional Court. The working group on the law has been formed and is operational … I wish elections will be held as soon as possible and I don’t think there will be a member in the new Assembly that will not vote in favour of the new law,” Lluka said.
