Federica Mogherini, the European Union’s outgoing diplomacy chief, has invited Kosovo to attend an informal meeting of the EU Foreign Ministers which will be held in Helsinki by the end of August, the news website reports. Jetlir Zyberaj, advisor to Kosovo’s Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli, confirmed the invitation from Brussels. “Yes, we have received an invitation and we confirm our participation. The meeting will be held by the end of August,” he told Lajmi.
