Kosovo’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that it was attending the informal meeting of EU and Western Balkans leaders in Helsinki, chaired by the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, as an equal party.
In a statement to the press, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Minister Behgjet Pacolli was representing Kosovo at the event and that he was scheduled to speak about “Kosovo’s vision on regional cooperation, Serbia’s obstructions to dialogue and economic exchanges in the region, as well as Kosovo’s call to end its international isolation through visa liberalisation.”
