Publicist Enver Robelli argues in an opinion piece that in the upcoming elections Kosovo’s citizens “should be afraid from those that use big words claiming they will fight corruption!” “They will bring only misfortune. Their words are not important, but their hands are: because they stole and will keep on stealing with those hands. What party should they choose? They should know the answer to this. But it should be clear to everyone which parties they should not choose,” he writes. Robelli argues that “Kosovo urgently needs a different government; a Prime Minister (she or he) that protects the state’s wallet better than their own”. “The price that every citizen pays as a result of bad governance is too high,” he opines. “This bad governance has disappointed thousands of Kosovo families. Many of them cannot wait for visa liberalisation to flee the country. Thousands of families have already fled.”
