The Serbian government considers discontinuing the funding for the television station TV Most in Kosovska Mitrovica in the coming months. There is dissatisfaction with the way it reports in a one-sided manner,  in full contradiction with the official policy of Belgrade: “This television station that operates within the Public Corporation “Mreza-Most” reported unilaterally for weeks.” According to our sources, the last straw was the program following the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels, where officials of the opposition called government representatives traitors.

“For some time, TV Most news is based on statements of DSS deputies Marko Jaksic and President of the SNC Northern Kosovo Milan Ivanovic, who only insult and threaten, and all is transmitted on television funded by the budget of Serbia,” said the source.

The public corporation “Mreza-Most”, which broadcasts TV Most’s programs, has 150 employees and is allocated 156 million dinars from the budget, or about 1.4 million euro.
