The priorities of the Ministry of return in the coming period will be to secure additional funds for the return of the displaced and to achieve the plans, says Dalibor Jevtic who returned to the head of this ministry.
In addition to the previous months, where there were no returns, the Ministry faces currently and a halved budget.
“We have very little funding this year. My job in the future will be to meet with representatives of international institutions, but also with the Prime Minister in order to recognize the possibilities of obtaining new funds. I will make a proposal so that during the rebalance of the budget for Kosovo, additional funds are approved, so that we are able to make the result for this year “, said Jevtic.
The newly elected minister said that he would try to secure the support of other ministries in the next period. He said that establishment of inter-ministerial group would also be important which would oblige the other ministers to get involved in the return process.
