Nebojsa Vlajić, defense lawyer of Oliver Ivanovic said that for today is scheduled conclusion of presentation of the evidence, in the trial against Ivanovic and four other Serbs accused of war crimes against civilians during 1999 and 2000.
“At yesterday’s hearing was completed interviewing of all witnesses. Today we will probably finish with presenting material evidence and we expect that by the next hearing, scheduled for Friday, the defendants give their statements. It will last throughout the month of December and then the trial will enter its final phase,” said Vlajic, adding that the closing arguments of the Prosecutor and the Defense lawyer will probably be scheduled for January 2016.
