Today’s edition of the daily newspaper Blic writes that the return of Aleksandar Jablanović at the head of the Serbian List has shocked and surprised most people in this political organization of Serbs in Kosovo.
– It is completely a unilateral decision of Jablanović, and we have learned about it, what is worse, from the media – said to Blic a source from the Serbian list. The article states that members of the Serbian List fear that Jablanović has performed the unexpected move in concert with the Pristina authorities.
– There is talk that he managed, based on private acquaintances in the Central Election Commission of Kosovo, to transfer powers to himself, but without a stamp. He did it all by himself without informing anyone – says source of Blic, stressing that Jablanović has no support in the Serbian List.
Blic’s source from Kosovo states that Jablanović even has an agreement on the takeover of the Serbian List.
– As president, he can get to the money for the Serbian list, for the deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo. He also has a deal with people associated with the Kosovo’s President Hashim Thaçi, that in case of early parliamentary elections in Kosovo, and talks about it are more louder, he may appoint members of electoral committees – says source of Blic.
