B92 reports, based upon information of Prva TV, that former KLA leader Ramush Haradinaj was acquitted on the basis of revised decision, by which he was supposed to be extradited to Serbia.
As it was learned, the decision was justified by the fact that the consequences could be very difficult for Haradinaj, reported B92.
The news of the original decision and the revision this morning has appeared on the website Euronews but then it was withdrawn.
In addition, the British agency Reuters, under the label urgent, reported that the court ruled Haradinaj’s extradition to Serbia.
Reuters, was the first foreign agency broadcasting the flash 10 minutes from the start of the court session, at 9.00 am, followed by the entire information that Haradinaj will be extradited to Serbia, and a correction followed after a few minutes.
The British agency has issued the corrected longer version of the news only at 9.35 am.
