Candidates of the Serbian List believe in the success in the elections (RTS)

All candidates for MPs from the Serbian List in North Mitrovica have voted early this morning, they told RTS that they believe in the success of the Serbian List on today’s early elections in Kosovo.

Candidate for MP from the Serbian List Verica Ćeranić said that she expects the victory and that the Serbian List “will support all Serbian institutions in Kosovo and Metohija”. “I expect a better future for our people in this region”, reported RTS.

Her colleague, candidate for MP from Serbian List, Igor Simić said he expects a large turnout and that the citizens of North Mitrovica and the Serbs in Kosovo would seize the opportunity and vote to elect the best to represent them in the Assembly in Pristina.
Simić said he expects the Serbian List to win all ten seats “because only that can guarantee the preservation of Serbian institutions in Kosovo and the formation of the Association/Community of Serbian municipalities.”

The candidate of Serbian List Jasmina Dedić said she expects from the citizens to support the List and underlined that only the Serbian List is a party that has support of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and President Aleksandar Vučić.

Candidate for MP of Serbian List Miljana Nikolić said that she expects from these elections to bring a better future.
“I expect that the health care will remain Serbian, along with everything that is Serbian and a better life for everyone” Nikolić told reporters.

Representatives of local governments in North Mitrovica told that the early elections in Kosovo are very important for Serbs and that they expect the victory of the Serbian List.

Mayor of North Mitrovica Goran Rakić told reporters that today’s parliamentary elections in Kosovo are by no means a formality.
“I deeply believe that Serbian List will achieve a great result and win all ten seats, because only that is the guarantor of the survival of Serbs in Kosovo” Rakić said.

President of the interim authority of Mitrovica Aleksandar Spirić said that Kosovo Serbs should demonstrate unity in the Election Day, and go to the polls en mass.
“In the future, Serbian people should be more energetic in the exercise of the guaranteed rights” Spirić said.
