An election observer was detained by Kosovo Police today in Koshare village, Ferizaj/Urosevac municipality for allegedly advising voters to vote for an LDK candidate. The case was also confirmed by coalition of NGOs ‘Democracy in Action’. “A person who was an LDK observer was arrested at a polling station in the village of Koshare because he has distributed business cards of LDK candidates to the voters,” Armend Pajaziti from Democracy in Action told Koha.net.
