Police in Gracanica three months without landline phone (RTV KIM)

Police station in Gracanica, for the three months is without a landline phone, station commander Bratislav Trajkovic confirmed to RTV KIM.

Phone calls at number 038 564 292 remain unanswered, and in cases when help is needed citizens have to go personally and report the problem to the police.

Trajkovic confirmed the phone is not operational for three months already and they have informed the Kosovo post office about it.

He also said he is not aware of the reasons for it, adding that the number citizens used to report problems stopped functioning when Kosovo received a telephone code, within the Brussels dialogue.

“We have addressed ours and Kosovo post office, but still nothing is done with this phone number.”

Station commander also said that in case of any report or help, citizens can dial 192 or to come to the police station in Gracanica personally.
