President of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi, said that the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina will soon be completed, with the historic agreement of the two sides. Thaçi announced this after returning from Brussels where he had a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić with the mediation of Federica Mogherini, head of European diplomacy.

Vučić and Thaçi met in Brussels, after which it was announced that there was a possibility for the dialogue to be held at the presidential level. Vučić also said that a continuation of a dialogue was agreed and the implementation of already reached agreements, but also that the establishment of the Community/Association of Serb municipalities was implied.
