Outgoing Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, Branimir Stojanovic stated today that Serbs from Kosovo support an initiative of the Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic on internal dialogue on Kosovo, Kontakt plus radio reported.
“We have full trust in the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic and initiative for a dialogue, as we know he had made decisions, so far, taking care first about the ordinary people and not political points. Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija have survived and live today foremost because of the support of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. We are convinced we would not be deprived of such support in the future,” press release from Stojanovic’s cabinet read.
Veljko Odalovic, Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secretary also stated today it is good that the dialogue would include a wide spectrum of people, but also Serbs who live in Kosovo should be asked about it too.
