Srpska Lista is not an ordinary political party, but an institution gathering all Serbs, who have Serbia in their hearts and the better life of Serbs in Kosovo as their priority, said Chair of the Srpska Lista, Goran Rakic, Danas daily reported.
He also underlined that Srpska Lista will take part in the forthcoming local elections as the only protector of Serbs and Serbia’s interests in Kosovo, with the strong support and full trust of the Serbian Government and President Aleksandar Vucic.
“I call upon all who want to give their contribution, to gather under a joint flag in the forthcoming local elections, as it is the best way to defend our national and state interests.
Serbs have no luxury to divide and separate, as it can only weaken our position that is why I am promising you that on the list of candidates for majors and municipal assembly members, we would have capable, credible, qualitative and responsible people whose imperative would be national interests.
At the same time, I want you to know, we shall never co-operate with those whose personal interests are above national. These are part of a political past and they should remain there,” Rakic said in a statement.
