The head of the administration of the municipality of Mitrovica Adrijana Hodžić says that citizens should come out to the upcoming local elections in a large numbers and support those who have successfully managed this city for four years.
Hodžić says, in a statement delivered to Kontakt plus radio, that the elections are a holiday of democracy, and on October 22 to choose the best who will lead North Mitrovica.
“I call once again, to cast our votes based on conscience, not forgetting what the current mayor Goran Rakić has done for the city and citizens in the last four years,” said Hodžić.
She reminded that for 18 years the construction of a bus station in the city has been awaited, that the situation with the sports hall was similar, and that there was an improvement in education and health care system.
“We do not need empty promises but concrete works like these,” said the head of the administration in the municipality of North Mitrovica.
