Deputy Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Dušan Kozarev today said that that the announced activities in Kosovo by the NGO Russian Humanitarian Mission  only can be criticized by those who do not have the grain of humanity and human rights feelings, reported daily newspapers Blic.

“Enver Hoxhaj is attacking a humanitarian organization that donated a system for supplying oxygen to the Mitrovica Clinical and Hospital Center, in which both Serbs and Albanians are treated. We are proud of the assistance of the Russian Humanitarian Mission, just as we are proud of the help provided  by the organization of Arno Gujon to our people, as well as the activities of the Red Cross whose member is not and will never be self-proclaimed Kosovo, whose workers therefore are prosecuted by Pristina,” explained Kozarev.

The Office for Kosovo and Metohija, he said, has fruitful cooperation with numerous international non-governmental organizations dealing with humanitarian work.

According to Kozarev, it is clear that Hoxhaj’s nervousness stems from the knowledge that self-proclaimed Kosovo will continue to fail in trying to become a member, not only the Red Cross, but also UNESCO, Interpol and other important international organizations and institutions.

“Instead of spreading a frenzied fear of Russian humanitarians, Hoxhaj could deal with fake humanitarian workers who recruit Albanian youth in Kosovo and Metohija and take them to Syria and other Middle Eastern war zones,” Kozarev said.

Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj earlier claimed on Twitter, reported Blic, that “the Serbian government is now trying to interfere in Kosovo by concealing parallel structures as humanitarian services provided by Russian NGOs.”

“Russian humanitarian aid in the Balkans is nothing more than a political instrument to cancel the West’s solid investment in stability,” said Hoxhaj on Twitter.

He believes that Marko Đurić and his office (Office for KiM) now act as an extended arm of Russian hybrid mixing that wants to destabilize the Balkans, reported the daily.
