Kosovo MP, Slavko Simic harshly criticized some politicians in the Kosovo Assembly yesterday, saying they create “an atmosphere of lynch” against Minister of Agriculture, Nenad Rikalo, KIM Radio reported.
“Such an atmosphere is created through the media, without any arguments. The aim is to divert attention from the everyday issues and political failures. Certain MPs use the Assembly to make of it police, court and prosecution of Kosovo. Everybody declared yesterday there is not even a slightest indication that Mr. Rikalo has committed any crime during the armed conflict,” Simic stated.
He also added, that the Assembly of Kosovo, should stop wasting the time and focus on the main goal, reconciliation of the two people in Kosovo.
Meanwhile, another Srpska Lista MP, Sasa Milosavljevic said that discussion on alleged charges against Nenad Rikalo is the topic serving the pre-election campaign and is purely political, KIM Radio reported.
He also asked “if the Assembly is the place where law regulations aiming to improve the lives are decided upon or is it a place where Serbs are attacked, prosecuted and charged?”
