“Creation of the Association of Serb Municipalities is a life necessity that can resolve numerous issues in everyday life of citizens and functionality,” Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, Dalibor Jevtic and President of the Srpska Lista, Goran Rakic said during the talks with the USA official Hoyt Yee, KIM Radio reported.
“We are concerned over fact that 1650 days since the agreement was signed in Brussels, no concrete steps were taken in that direction” their press statement reads.
They also spoke about the daily issues and problems Serbs are facing, and how these issues impact not only the survival of the Serbs but also return of those displaced.
Minister Jevtic also mentioned the cases of displaced Serbs who were arrested lately, respectively Bogdan Mitrovic and Milanka Terzic.
“These cases send a very negative message to all those intending to return to Kosovo. One of the biggest obstacles related to return is an issue of usurped properties,” Jevtic said, KIM Radio reported.
