The Central Election Commission decided that the pre-election campaign for the second round of elections for mayors of municipalities to be hold from November 13 to 17.
The pre-election campaign in the first round of voting lasted for a month.
At the same time, the Election Panel for complaints told the Pristina media that during the election day there were 223 complaints on manipulation during the elections that are being considered.
General Secretary Mul Desku said that during the election day, almost all political parties were penalized that participated in the elections.
