Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, said today that the construction of the Kosova e Re [New Kosova] power plant will begin next year and end in 2023. Haradinaj said Contour Group, the company that will built the power plant, is a serious investor and a global leader in energy. “We have very good news. We have reached an agreement with a very serious investor in energy. The investor is Contour Global from the United States of America with strong ties in Europe. The investment is €1,3 billion. It is a foreign investment, Kosovo will not invest anything. The construction will begin next year and end in 2023,” Haradinaj said.
