Director of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), Arben Gjukaj, told KTV that citizens of Kosovo were not only charged for unpaid electricity in the north but for all areas with Serb majority. Gjukaj said that unpaid bills were sent to both UNMIK and the government of Kosovo. “After independence, one bill went to UNMIK and one to the government of Kosovo. Citizens of Kosovo did not pay only for the north but for all Serb enclaves in Kosovo,” Gjukaj said.
