Blerim Shala, advisor to Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, said today that so far they didn’t have any meetings with Serbian List representatives to discuss constitutional amendments that will enable the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into the armed forces. “We have to admit that we haven’t met Serbian List representatives on the matter yet. We hope such a meeting will take place soon and so will the constitutional amendments,” Shala said.
