The chairman of the Assembly’s Committee for Kosovo and Metohija, Milovan Drecun, told RTS on Saturday that the way Albanians want to define the statute of the Community/Association of Serb municipalities (ZSO) is contrary to the Brussels agreement, adding that the question is what will be written in the Statute. If it is unacceptable to Belgrade, there is nothing of that, says Drecun. He also notes that the call to Haradinaj to visit Medvedja is a deliberate provocation and that someone from the Albanian side is trying to raise tension, reports national broadcaster RTS.

Milovan Drecun, visiting the RTS News, said that between Thaci and political parties in Kosovo, which do not want to continue negotiations with Belgrade, there were internal disputes for which he said “it’s not that they are not important to us.”

Drecun said that it matters because Belgrade negotiate with the people who were at the head of ”the temporary institutions in Kosmet, and because with the internal quarrel, the capacity of these institutions is reduced” therefore the realization of what has been agreed.

About the Pristina’s platform, Drecun said that if it’s worked by it then there was no discussion or the possibility of any agreement, RTS reported.

-Head of the EU Delegation in Pristina, Natalia Apostolova, by supporting the Pristina platform, went out from the framework of her mandate. When she supports Kosovo as a state, it is not Brussels’s attitude but contrary to what Brussels is talking about. The entire process of Belgrade-Pristina talks under the auspices of the EU is not a talk of two states – Drecun noted.

He pointed out that the way Albanians want to define the statute of ZSO was contrary to the Brussels agreement.

He noted that invitation to Haradinaj to visit Medvedja was a deliberate provocation and said that one Albanian invited Haradinaj on its own, reported RTS.
