Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) parliamentary group chief, Avdullah Hoti, said today that Thursday’s session of the Kosovo Assembly has been postponed. According to Hoti, this shows that the Assembly has become dysfunctional and that the current legislative has lost its meaning. “It is an urgent matter to make the legitimate institutions functional by way of free and democratic elections,” Hoti was quoted as saying.
