Most online media report that Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) MP, Ganimete Musliu, criticized Kosovo’s institutions today for keeping silent to “provocations by Serbs during the celebration of St. Vitus day in Gazimestan” on Thursday. Musliu took to Facebook to write that “our state institutions are trying to keep silent over Serbia’s provocations yesterday in the middle of Kosovo! Do we have police and border checks, do we have a State? Did we forget that only a couple of days ago, our artists were checked at the border with Serbia and were not allowed to cross the border with their art that had national symbols! Did we forget that only two-three days ago, FIFA fined our boys only because they celebrated by making the double-headed eagle? Why can anyone and anywhere step on our identity, whereas others are allowed to come and provoke us??? We should not keep silent to these provocations!”
