Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said after a government meeting today that Kosovo does have red lines in the dialogue with Serbia and that these are embodied in the Constitution of Kosovo. He said anyone violating constitutional provisions will be dismissed, as has happened in the past. “You are aware presidents have been dismissed for breaching the Constitutions,” he said. Haradinaj also said he has seen positive signs from two opposition parties – the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Social Democratic Party (PSD) – regarding the dialogue with Serbia and spoke of the need for all parliamentary parties to be involved in the process. “There is no alternative to dialogue,” he underscored.
