After the reporting that the draft-statute of the Association/Community of Serb-majority Municipalities (ACSMM) is in contradiction with the Constitution of Kosovo, caucus of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Avdullah Hoti, took to Facebook to request from the government to be involved on drafting this statute. “The government should be involved on drafting of the statute for the Association, and not to object now as if the statute was prepared by some foreigner. Leaving this process aside has brought this situation. The Prime Minister used to proudly announce that he has not opened at all the file of the Association statute. Now he faces the problem,” Hoti wrote.

“Statute only in accordance with the Constitutional Court’s opinion, any deviation is anti-constitutional and unacceptable,” Hoti added.

Managing team denied the claims that the draft was sent to the government. They pledged the draft-statute will be sent to Brussels, while a working report will be submitted to the government.
