Kosovo Special Prosecution has filed war crimes indictment against Serb Milorad Zajic. The latter is alleged to have participated in the Serbian army’s actions against Albanians in the village of Dush, Klina municipality, during June-July 1998.
Zajic, 68, was arrested in Kosovo by Kosovo Police in Klina in March of this year.
According to the prosecution, he is alleged to have participated in the disappearance of Marmullaku family members from the village of Dush. The members of this family after being expelled from their homes, were killed and burned in the village of Ruhod of Peja.
