Serbian Minister of Interior, Nebojsa Stefanovic reacted to statement of the Kosovo Assembly Speaker, Kadri Veseli in regard to Vucic’s visit in Kosovo, Serbian media reported.

It seems unbelievable that following the visit of President Vucic in Kosovo, where he delivered messages of peace only, Kadri Veseli says President Vucic in Gazivode uttered warmongering statements, Stefanovic said.

Stefanovic also added he wonders if Kadri Veseli has an issue with hearing or translation, since there was not a single sentence, Vucic said in Gazivode, or anywhere else in Kosovo and Metohija that can be assessed as warmongering rhetoric.

Serbian Minister of Euro-integration, Jadranka Joksimovic commenting on the visit inKosovo, said that President Vucic sent significant and unequivocal messages, to the three different addresses.

First one, Jankovic termed as the most important, are the Serbs living in Kosovo and Metohija, and the message to them was that Serbia in various ways would support their survival and progress in Kosovo.

The second address is Pristina, and Vucic sent a message of peace to Albanians, however they neither understood nor accepted it.

And the third address is the EU, to which Vucic showed that Serbia as sovereign and responsible European state with its acts contributes to the European stability in the region, and that it protects its state and national interests in European and democratic manner.

Serbian Prime Minister, Ana Brnabic said that events in Kosovo and Metohija, near the village of Banje, have shown at full complexity and sensitivity of the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, as well as that the Albanian representatives in Kosovo are unserious, irresponsible, unpredictable and that they do not honour agreements.

Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister, Ivica Dacic said Vucic’s visit in Kosovo showed a cruel reality, and it speaks about unbearable position of the Serbs in Kosovo, however, there are two completely opposite positions in which Serbs live today, in the north of Kosovo and in enclaves.

Dacic added events related to the visit to the Serbian enclave of Banje showed a great victory of Serbia in diplomatic sense and a major failure of Pristina authorities, Serbian media reported.
