Serbian Minister of Internal Affairs, Nebojsa Stefanovic said that “the obvious aim of Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli claims, that Serbian President is Kosovo enemy, is to draw the target on Vucic’s head,” Tanjug news agency reported.
Stefanovic underlined that Vucic is no enemy to Albanians, or anyone else living in the territory of the southern Serbian province, instead he is fighting for the interests of Serbs living there.
He noted that Pristina is getting increasingly nervous, having in mind that Serbia is getting stronger international support and that some countries are revoking recognitions of the so-called Kosovo.
“That is why they want to depict Vucic as an enemy. This way they want to cover up their own failures,” Stefanovic added.
Meanwhile, Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric said that the attacks by Albanian separatists against Serbian President Vucic are the best illustrating that he is the only one who truly and honestly fights for the interests of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija and that of the state of Serbia.
