Head of the EU Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, urged Kosovo Assembly not to endorse proposal for increasing the age of imported cars to 15 years. “This proposal goes against EU directives on CO2 vehicle emissions. It will have serious impact to the public health. Last European Environment Agency report on Air Quality classes Kosovo among the most polluted in Europe. I urge the Assembly to keen unchanged the cars age limit up to 10 years,” Apostolova said in a statement posted on her social media account.
