Animal welfare activists have called on the police to launch investigation after video footage emerged reportedly showing dogs being burnt alive in Pristina. Elza Ramadani, activist, said the burning of dogs is a crime that has been documented last year and is reoccurring again. Ramadani said she reported the most recent case to the nearest police station but that the police refused to investigate saying it was not an emergency.
