Representatives of the governments of Kosovo and Albania signed in a joint meeting today a number of cooperation agreements including that on removing roaming fees for public communications networks between respective ministries; protocol for joint customs activities at the border point Morine-Vermice; cooperation agreement in the field of public debt, foreign financing and relations with international financial institutions. The two governments also signed a memorandum on industrial property and agreed on recognition and unification of veterinary certificates for livestock.
