Kosovo’s Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has travelled to Budva, Montenegro to take part in a meeting of Western Balkans foreign ministers. In a Facebook post, Pacolli said European integration of the region and progress in the Berlin process will be the main topic of the meeting.
