Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, visited a Kosovo Serb family in Plemetin, near Obilic, today, and pledged that he will always stay close to the Kosovo Serb community. “They told me that our institutional commitment has had a direct impact on improving their lives and that Kosovo is our joint home,” Haradinaj wrote in a Facebook post. “Recent measures taken by the government will not affect any community in our country. Moreover, these measures are in the service of protecting our right to better lives and a better future. Our institutional commitment is not only for today and for this municipality [Obilic] alone. We will continue our work and commitment in every part of Kosovo and for every citizen, regardless of their ethnic and religious backgrounds. Kosovo has proved its coexistence in multiethnicity”.
