The former Dutch Ambassador to Kosovo, Robert Bosch, reacted to a statement by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg who said that the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into an army is not happening at the right time and that it goes against Kosovo’s prospects for Euro-Atlantic integration. “I fully agree with my friend Serwer [Daniel]: why shouldn’t an independent country have an army? [The army] is not against anyone and it is multiethnic … You should be ashamed Ms. Brnabic [Serbian Prime Minister] for inciting war,” Bosch said.
